Elektron Technology plc announces that on 11 December 2017 John Wilson, CEO, was granted options to subscribe for 175,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Options"). The Options give Mr Wilson the right to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at a price of 16.87 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing middle-market price of the Company's Ordinary Shares on 11 December 2017.

The Options vest after three years and are exercisable at any point between the third and tenth anniversary of issuance.
