I've edited the thread's header this morning and brought it up-to-date. If anyone spots an obvious 'bloomer', please let me know.

Nick Caw's presentation at the recent Innovators and Investors Forum (well worth a look imho) is now viewable using the following link (hopefully!): [listed under Flowers Room @ 15.00 - click on camera icon]

Asta supports college students’ learning

Asta attended the Student Competition and Construction Management Conference in Sparks, Nevada from February 4th to 7th. This event, organized by The Associated Schools of Construction (ASC) was a really exciting conference attended by over 1300 engineering and construction management students from 44 universities across 14 different states. 178 teams of students from ASC regions 6 and 7 competed in a competition across a broad range of categories.

Curt Corrigan, from Asta’s reseller partner Project Integration, was really impressed with the quality and energy of the students: “we witnessed some incredible enthusiasm and excitement throughout this event and were grateful to have had this chance to bring Asta Powerproject and its benefits to attending students.”

Many students approached our team for help in installing Asta Powerproject so they could use the software to produce their schedule for the competition. Information on the event and the winning student teams can be found on the ASC website

Asta is pleased to make its leading scheduling software, Asta Powerproject, available for students to use free of charge, not just for this competition at this event but to support them in their construction management courses. Positive company news follows positive company news yet the market seemingly continues to turn a blind eye. It looks as though only an outstanding Annual Results trading statement (next month?) will break this apathy.

On the other hand, the stagnating share price has allowed me to steadily top up so that my holding is (happily) back over 1% of Eleco's issued share cap. That's not to say tho' that I won't be adding a few more as and when!

Sounds promising so, on that basis, I've been 'persuaded' to tuck a few more away; three year time frame!

Award winning ELECO to meet investors at key London event
13 January 2015 | 11:59am

StockMarketWire.com - ELECO (ELCO) (ELCO.L) [LON.ELCO], which was recently voted the winner in the 'Project Management/Planning Product of 2014' category at the recent Construction Computing Awards with its Asta Powerproject® software, will be briefing investors at a key event in London early next month.

The company has decided to attend the 2015 Innovators & Investors Forum being held at London's Business Design Centre on February 3.

The all day event is organised in partnership by Cenkos Securities and Shares Magazine and is also sponsored by AJ Bell Youinvest.

ELECO software applications are marketed and sold to leading construction companies primarily in the UK, Sweden, Germany and Benelux but also through dealer and channel partner networks in other international markets in Eastern Europe, the US, Australia and New Zealand.

Its software applications and related services are essential elements in the construction process, particularly in visualisation, CAD/design, engineering, estimation, project management and site control.

The day will consist of an exhibition where visitors can talk directly to the senior management from all the companies at their stands and there will also be an extensive conference programme where the company presentations will take place.

The exhibition takes place from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. with the conference sessions beginning at 9.45 a.m. and continuing until 5.30 p.m.
