RECOMMENDED ACQUISITION

Electrical Geodesics, Inc. (the "Company" or "EGI")

by a wholly owned subsidiary of Philips Holding USA Inc.

to be effected by means of a merger under the laws of the State of Delaware (the

"Acquisition")

EGI confirms that completion of the Acquisition has occurred however cancellation of Admission to AIM of the Company's Common Stock will now occur at 07:00 on 24 July 2017.
