asmodeus- I have read the report but there is nothing cheerful about it. Blame is put on RBS for reneging. Report is detailed and a lot of work has already been done - the matter is on-going and we will hear from Michaela Hall again in two months` time. I could see no mention of the medical specimen bank John Pool used to mention. A sorry tale.

I have just opened a letter from Kingston Smith, the Liquidators, saying that a progress report is now available on the website www.kspllp.co.uk. We have to enter the "creditor zone", and User Name eirx in (in lower case) - and
password MHE005i. I haven't tried it yet. (Perhaps M stands for Mike and the rest for 111D ? :) P.S. Don't bust a gut to look - unless you want to be mesmerised at the fees some people charge.

e-Therapeutics (LON:ETX - Market Cap: £80 Million)

e-Therapeutics is a drug discovery and development company based in Oxford and Newcastle.

It has a clinical pipeline of two drugs, ETS2101 which is in phase I trials for cancer and ERS6103 which is in phase II development for depression.

The 2015 calendar year has been a period of much progress for e-Therapeutics with the company most recently revealing that it has received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration for an application to extend its phase Ib trials for ETS2101 in the United States.

CEO Malcolm Young will be at the conference to present the investment proposition to followers of the company.

Wonder if there's any connection?

that is unless you held in nominee.
The liquidator informs me that their investigations are still ongoing

If there is interest; I phoned Kingston Smith last Friday (on the trail of my 39p) and a spokesperson said that Michaela Hall was away until end August.

My Stockbroker has written to tell me that the liquidation has been completed and the shares are therefore worthless. So surely, even the incorrigible optimists amongst us must admit that the only way in which they can be of value now is as a loss to be set against any profits made by anyone clever enough to have made any greater than their allowance. And that doesn't include me.
