What a shock. Bought 1100 with the last £67 in an account a few years ago and forgot about them. Portfolio clear out today and found them over a quid. Small stakes i know but every little helps. Shame i hadn't followed the story or may have had a lot more.

Spoke to these guys at the Growth Company Investor Show yesterday. I got the sense business was very brisk - think we can expect further growth here. Let your winners run!

Octopus down to 3.25% now, amazing these have risen so strong while they sold - should be pretty amazing if Octopus has finished selling now.

He sold on the 5th though and the price went up a few percent that day and Monday, so certainly all to a good home.

Just the sentiment i guess that could take it down a touch.

Ex Dividend tomorrow the 10th so prepare for a small drop here... Also Winford Dore has sold a few so that may affect the share price

Yep, seems to me the company (as they say have done) have achieved adjusted eps of 5.3p if they had paid a tax rate of 28%.

They have also said the earnings will be more balanced this year between H1 and H2 but that doesn't mean balanced, it means 'more balanced' compared with the 0.55p eps in H1 and the 4.34p eps in H2 which was a huge imbalance.

On that basis I think they will easily do 13p eps this year and we'll see a 'ahead' or two statement in H2 this year again.

So if they do do 13p eps this year (based on a 28% tax rate when they are only paying 22%) then that means that the broker forecasts for next year of 11p at a fully taxed rate are way too low and reality is likely to be well over 15p imo.

For this sort of growth in the current market a PE of 12 is way too cheap imo but even on a PE of 12 the share price would be 180p.

I have a friend who has a coach firm. His drives have to have compulsory training which has just come in. This training is for every driver no matter how much experience they have, even if they've been driving coaches for 30 years. It costs him £350 per driver for a day, takes a full day. It will cost him £25,000 to have them trained. This is just one sector where EDD and MLO will make a packet over the next few years.

Not really - have been looking at the results in some detail and think that a price target of 150p is quite a reasonable expectation over the next 6 -12 months whilst 180p would also appear to be quite achievable 12-24 months. So still plenty of upside potential left in this share IMO.

This company just keeps on exceeding expectations and I will have to revise my price target of 120p upwards. At this rate they will have more than £7m cash pile at year end and will be in a very strong position if they want to do another acquisition or fund overseas expansion. Whether that makes them a target or puts them in a very strong position to acquire someone else or fund overseas expansion we will just have to wait and see. Although I suspect reading between the lines with the UK side of the business doing well attention can now move to building up new and existing markets overseas.

Wow excellent results, was expecting 4p EPS but they achieved 5.3p and also are building a very nice cash pile at £5.8m. Expect more upgrades soon.

I still expect takeover as some stage with share price at 204p.

o/t Check out PNA Penna - similar sector (retraining), similar p/e but better growth and possibly prospects - results out today.

results well ahead of what I expected. Even if H2 is 'more balanced' it was way heavier last year - can see them doing at least 50% more in H2.

Fabulous growth - can see why the Slaters have been buying so heavily now.

Very confident outlook.

Been buying back in over the past week before the results tomorrow.

Staters have continued to buy and Octopus looks interesting, they were reducing but their last notice showed they ar ebuying again - makes you wonder why they are buying bak shares they sold at the same level.

Also long MLO.

I think the results are already in the sp, but cant see too much of a pull back because of eager buyers. After such bullish recent trading updates I would still expect some more upgrades during second half, with focus on 2010.

EDI's interim report will be published at 7.00 am on Tuesday, 2 June.

So if we do get a pull back I am sure there will be a few buyers stepping in..

I will be interesting to see how the price behaves once it passes the psychologically important 100p barrier. Most shares don't look back, lets up EDD does the same.

Refused at the 100p hurdle first time around then. But with the momentum here, surely only a matter of time!
