PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 17 February 2017, the Company purchased in the market 46,500 Ordinary shares at a price of 321.35 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

188,946,995 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

7,113,300 Ordinary shares held in treasury

196,060,295 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
