Maybe we should contact the President of Tanzania, John Magufuli who I understand hates waste and state that Rufus is wasting Tanzania time by not getting anything in place for the last six years regarding Energy for Tanzanian. Maybe if he threatens them of some sort-Dufus will eventually be jolted to do some work instead of relaxing in his comfy seat twiddling his fingers and thumbs until end of each pay month

EDL should approach KIBO and have in place a mutually beneficial agreement for the sale of its coal to them as EDL have a mining licence and at least that way both shareholders in their respective companies would benefit. But I bet Rufus did not even think of this angle - I could do a better job and would be willing to take half the wages he claims!!-What about voting me in as a director of the company at next AGM
