The shares acquired through the placing at 0.4p were admitted to the market early October. Surely the recent ones are traded shares, not placed. I must admit that I am bemused by the 'after hours' trades, but not unduly concerned. I can't see any bad news being released. All will be revealed in just under 3 hours.

So someone has offloaded £132K at 0.4...... why would they do that - other than there is very bad news coming and the company in gonna go bust.

Well I'm not really caring to be honest . My take on it is simple . News highly likely soon. The market knows it . The shares is not very liquid since consolidation . I could sell 2m this pm easily - there is definitely an appetite for them which tells me one thing - the market wants them as they would like to resell them soon to another individual at a higher price and pocket the difference - simples. So forgive me if you will but I'll hang on a little longer and cash in at my target price and move on as I always do - I care not about the company , just sentiment ,price and potential , sorry .

Gottopickapocketortwo. You could be right. Philip Green sold BHS for a pound so it is quite conceivable that some mug could buy EDL for a penny.

Money from the £500,000 placing is supposed to go towards costs and stop the need to dilute the share. This clown outfit need to go to night school and learn how to run a business. Placings and share dilutions, here we go again.

...but the professional group are happy to take shares in lieu of cash. That must show some degree of confidence.
