Q12 of course she won't answer. All she does is ignore what is in black and white or what is actually said and make up her own delusions. When this is pointed out she just moves the goal posts. All quite sad really, if you truly believe in a company you can substantiate your belief with hard evidence not by twisting facts to suit your own twisted argument.

Best of luck with your inquiries with the company. If you get an answer at all then it will tell you nothing and they will make a load of excuses why they won't tell you anything. Good honest companies have nothing to fear from transparency. Frauds like Eden will be as opaque as possible or will just say nothing. An honest company would want to clear its name after being called a fraud over 100 times, a fraud is best off saying nothing as they will only trip themselves up further. Sam Antar the Crazy Eddies fraudster makes clear the golden rule of running a fraud is to completely ignore your accusers - Eden are following the fraudsters handbook to the letter.

Maybe you should do the same ?Interestingly none of the ostriches have expressed any concern that the Terpenetech valuation does not appear to have been lodged at Companies House yet. If that is the case then the absence of the lodgement is a criminal offence and there is a significant fine that can be raised not just against the company but also the allottee and potentially clawback of the allotted shares.I have made enquiries of the company in writing today about this, as it may have been lodged but has not gone online.Once it does it will make interesting reading.Q12

So how long before 'overlooking' the Fraud becomes Deliberate Blindness and a slam dunk case of misleading investors??

Were ShoreCap 'Overlooking' the fraud when LivingBridge were 'Overlooking' the fraud as Frothy loudly publicised his thoughts and wrote to the FRC about WH Ireland 'overlooking' the fraud.

Lots of 'overlooking' going on but no Deliberate Blindness... how interesting.

'Overlooking' keeps you out of Shorecaps Lawyers swing while using the more damaging 'Deliberate Blindness' term gets you a fat lip if your facts are not strong.

So Frothy sticks to 'overlooking'.

How long before the FRC are 'overlooking' the fraud I wonder.

I have given you full answers. I have pointed you to the exact point in the bearcast where TW says exactly what you said he should have said but claimed he said something else.

So answer this.

Given that TW has quite explicitly called Eden a fraud, using the word FRAUD in excess of 100 times in bearcasts and written articles in relation to Eden, why has the company done nothing about it? - it must be impacting investor and to a lesser extent partner confidence, which in turn damages the company and it is therefore not in the best interests of the company to allow it to continue - he most certainly is not gagged or in anyway restrained as your delusions allow you to imagine.

The company could have sued him several times over, but has not.

The company could have put out a full rebuttal as other frauds like Quindell did and Globo said they were going to until they found out they were a fraud and the CEO had stolen all the money.

The company could have taken TW up on his offer of a 12 question interview and then he would never have written about them again.

Surely the directors are not living up to their responsibilities under the Companies Act 2006 by allowing these damaging statements to continue to be made completely unchallenged.

Of course you will just duck this question as you ducked the very easy ones about Terpenetech. Maybe you will go back to posting in Welsh or Greek to clog up the board with nonsense so nobody notices you ducking any question asked of you whilst throwing mini tantrums claiming people have been gagged when the truth is they find your repeated delusion based wild assertions totally tedious and have better things to do than reply to them instantly.
