Grant of Options

Following Chrissie Herbert's appointment to Chief Financial Officer on 2(nd) May 2017, Eckoh has today granted Chrissie options over 500,000 Ordinary shares in the Company ("the Options") under its Eckoh plc Share Option Scheme 1999 ("the Scheme") and represent 0.20% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Options, which have an exercise price of 47.50 pence per share and become exercisable subject to the achievement of certain share price targets after the third anniversary of the grant date, subject to continued employment. The Options represent Chrissie's entire holding of share options.
