25/7/2014 12:12 | IMHO a good move, if they use their cash reserves the saving equates to 6.8% on the money, much better than cash in the bank. Not sure why they are considering funding options, I cant see that they will need to raise funds for this deal. They also get more office space at no extra cost to help with their expansion, nice one guys | nickelmer
25/7/2014 09:46 | Is it this? 25 Jul 2014 Purchase of Head Office Freehold Eckoh plc (AIM: ECK), a global provider of secure payment products and customer service solutions, is pleased to announce that it has successfully reached agreement to acquire the freehold of its existing Hemel Hempstead head office for a consideration of £2.9m. The purchase of the freehold will result in an annual rent saving of £0.2m. The new arrangement will also allow Eckoh to take ownership of an additional 4,050 square feet of office space in addition to the current 11,670 square feet currently rented, which will support ongoing growth and the Company's increasing head count. At the end of the current lease in March 2015, the freehold to the premises will be acquired for £2.9m. A deposit of £0.4m is payable immediately and will be funded from existing cash reserves with the remaining £2.5m to be paid upon completion in March 2015. Options for funding the remaining consideration are currently being explored. Chief Executive Officer, Nik Philpot commented: "The acquisition of the freehold is a very positive step for Eckoh, not only does it secure our office requirements for the immediate future at a lower overall cost, it also avoids what would have been an expensive and disruptive move to alternative premises. The additional space will allow us to comfortably accommodate our medium term planned increases in headcount and provide a better overall working environment for our staff." | bamboo2

15/7/2014 20:09 | Broken down past the 50 day moving average of 41p. Further falls likely unfortunately, especially as historically the markets are shaky this week and next. Interesting to see if it can hold the 200 day moving average of 34.5p. If it bounces from there it will test its highs again. Otherwise next support c30p. Great company, just share price got ahead of itself I think. | vb79
11/7/2014 14:33 | Interesting point bamboo2, and it would would pretty much keep the uptrend intact. I suspect however we are due a healthy correction, before we can move on to new highs unless of course further contract wins are announced in the near term. But then we PI's are experts in our own opinions, so what do I know If I actually knew the winning numbers I would buy a lottery ticket! Buy Right and Sit Tight as a clever man once said | nickelmer
11/7/2014 13:40 | If it's a h&s with the head at 48, the target is about 39, so we should close higher than we are now [mid 37.75 approx] | bamboo2
11/7/2014 12:34 | No share can go up in a straight line forever. Eck have done fabulously well and continue to do so. They were due a correction, which is only healthy, I could see them correcting to circa 35p before beginning the next drive upwards, ultimately to new highs. PI's should remind themselves of a few bullish points 1. Revenues are very predictable and they are all long term contracts 2. The USA deal is potentially transformational and they already have minimum revenues secured via their US partner. 3. The Veritape acquisition is going well and still yet to reflect fully in a full years figures. 4. Any new contracts drop straight to bottom line profits There is clearly a seller out there, in reasonably large size by the volumes today, once the stock is placed I would expect a move back to higher levels as the company continues its growth Good Luck All Holders | nickelmer
11/7/2014 11:22 | Hmm, big volume sell off this morning. I thought things were getting a bit ahead of themselves share price wise, could be just a lack of more news? Or possibly 'cause I topped up last week! | septimus quaid

05/7/2014 08:37 | Hi Bamboo, You may notice that I have now created a link to the chart you requested, its available for all to view, via a 'Tinyurl' link placed at the end of Header. My aim is to minimise header 'clutter.' Hope it's OK for you and thanks for the guidance. | mazarin
01/7/2014 11:03 | Hi Bamboo - thanks for tech info, I'll give it a go, although looks a little complicated for my limited talents. Your input here is appreciated - thanks. The only graph I like is one showing a sustained rise and I reckon we're due one any time soon. | mazarin
01/7/2014 08:29 | Hi marazin, the chart is posted to the header as an image, the address of the image is found by right-clicking on the chart, select properties, then highlight the address, right-click the highlight, copy, and paste with the html code for images. There are some test bb's where you can practice, but make sure you have saved your existing header info somewhere first! It is one of advfn charts. It is updated when you refresh the page. Once you get confident, it is configurable for size and all other parameters. The standard header charts can be unreliable. If a prob I can always refer back to the post above, or tag the chart on the end of one of the other ECK bb's. All the best. | bamboo2
30/6/2014 12:12 | Mazarin, I like your suggestion re avoiding clutter | septimus quaid
30/6/2014 09:43 | Hi Bamboo Will consider it, but unsure how to achieve, what is the source of your chart? I do actually prefer to keep headers uncluttered, but quite happy to include suitable link, if you can oblige. Nice to see your contributions again, thought you may have left us. | mazarin
30/6/2014 08:18 | Hi Mazarin, would it be possible to have a chart with candlesticks and volume in the header? Something like this perhaps, if no objections? | bamboo2
29/6/2014 18:05 | A couple of informative links - thanks | mazarin
