So why not take a long position up to ten pounds then close or reverse short?

Yes, it could rise to £10 before falling away again. No bother.

Well just three and a half million shares traded so far today and up over 5% already.

Just think how high this will fly when the twenty five million of forced buyers come out of the woods needing to buy at whatever price they can :-)

I would say the chances of Stelios increasing his stake are somewhere between slim and none, and slim's out of town.//////// What a wit,a 6 year old would be proud of that post!

QP not quite how you saw it this morning eh. One day is not a trend but it does appear the currency headwind has turned. If we can see euro/ sterling break .8923 in the next few days then a chance to really follow through . The parity callers not quiet as loud now. Interesting you are now using the fool word.

a certain long suffering fool wrote this on 31st August when the share price was 1130p:-

"All in the price :) - Minimal downside risk from these levels.

Whereas a bid at £16, £18 or higher will be pretty catastrophic for shorts.

This is one to tuck away for capital growth AND a nice divi."

I guess losing 25% of your capital is minimal downside as far as fools are concerned.

Despite repeated attempts to suggest a take-out of EasyJet,these spurious rumours promulgated by fools have zero bearing on reality.

Once a fool, always a fool.

The share price is up 4% already today and there is still the issue of the two hundred and fifty million pounds worth of shares required for the forced buyers who are yet to make a move and close their short positions.

BOOM !!
