Hi Chadders,Dont be. The facts are simple. Whatever she has been saying, lets just say shes all wrong, fine, but, I have sat here and watched the price fall from 40p to 11.25p. Now thats a fact. Ss has not created this fall, Hank has, by changing tactics, delaying original profits and certain activities to achieve growth. These are the facts. As a shareholder why would I be happy.SS has been right about one thing, the share price fall. Now this does not mean I agree with anything else, but If I purchased at 40p, its 75% down. Fact.With regards to 4p and dilution. I never said I agree with that, only time will tell. For me and others, we need to see some solid numbers and I know seeing them will push the share price back to 40p. The question is whether epo will issue any interim update.

Chadders, I don't think he's saying SS is right per say, it's more about, if one says, that child will fall over obe day, yes they will, but at least he's said he's disgusted in his approach.

Most of -£21m loss that I expect for fy16 is not priced in, as concealed by management.
Nor is the loss of revenue when offices are shut and rubbish business is abandoned. Is £10m revenue viable?
Nor is the office closure and redundancy costs.
Several huge downrounds heading toward 4p are overhanging the company just like 2005-07. All of them lost 60% with the 2010 turnaround mess. Here we go again.

Isa, I don't think so. The troll exhibits classic compulsive behaviour and blatant lies and fabrications are all a part of it. It's too up it's own backside to not want to know what's been said about it.

Trust me it's reading all the posts. We're supposedly "filtered" because we drove it to make a total fool of itself, on a number of occasions, and it has no answers.

The extracts above did not include dull tone bits like:

"Make up your own mind about management forecasts and whether they have complied with AiM rules on promptly correcting any significantly false market expectations of trading performance ... we expect the price slide to continue, especially when the market works out that a disaster funding round is likely required due to outrageous trading losses and a £5m governance blunder”.

SELL, for dull tone reasons too, not to lose 11.5p!

The style and content of that "shareholder bulletin" is strangely familiar. Could you have written it yourself SS?

Mind you, emotive embellishments aside, I agree that the serial loss of board members is a significant alert, or fiendish portent of apocalyptic doom if you prefer.
