If they are/were serially in breach, why have you NOT made a point by raising this with the authorities and going through the formal channels.

I 'd say its because they were not in breach and you have a personal vendetta. This agenda is not just that tosh you have just mentioned, its more than that, so don't try and dress it up, your skirt is already down.

My expectation for fy16 is a loss of -£18m. (H1 16 reported loss was about £1.1m pm. £1.1m monthly loss x12 + £5m fx blunder =18. Assumed H2 basic loss same as H1).
What is your expectation for fy16?
Nobody appears to have told market about -£18m loss. Could be very ugly share price reaction when they admit it.
Maybe SELL, SELL, SELL before then?

Sept 14 fundraising expectation for fy16 was £7.5m profit.
21 March 16 downgrade seemed to point to fy16 as -£18m loss.
If so, £25.5m shortfall.
If PG resign they had 25.5m reasons to bail, one for every pound of shortfall.

There are 25.5 million reasons PG may have privately decided to resign after 21 March 16. One for every pound in fy16 that EPO seems to be falling below the expectations set when fundraising in Sept 14.
I don't know PG stance, as posted before. Inference based on facts. If readers disagree with SELL signs then good luck.

You said "Cannot find any market expectations from PG", you know this already, so why try and make a new story up. It's what is it. Many companies haver no guidance. The reasons are clear and simple, it's what it is and how it is and there is no fairy tale story attached to it.

Does anyone else wonder if PG might resign soon? Would the market react negatively to that if they do? Long time no see PG expectations. If not part of a resignation plam then why?

Chadders, when you next contact your new best friend Mr Uberoi, as you boasted about above, can you please ask him why no market expectations from PG? Any offered by anyone else? If no, why not? Do they not want to admit their losses whike fundraising? This all looks like a poor omen. If not, would be good to hear the facts why not.

Investors need to assess all these apparently poor issues imho. dyor.

Cannot find any market expectations from PG, having abandoned all forecasts with dire results on 21 March. Yes? If so, approaching 2 months unwilling to forecast fy16 or beyond. Is that fact an alert sign whether readers should SELL or BUY? I think it signals SELL. All imho. dyor.

You clearly can say a lot of things, often they are shown to be your views. The slander you post over a period is clearly wrong. The way you bend many facts to suit your agenda is clearly proof you have had years of gripe with this company. For someone to be as you are shows its personal, which honestly is pathetic for a man, assume you are a man of your age.

As you say, you have history and you know the history of epo, no surprise there. One has to question what your history is and whether you were once invested in epo, heavily or even a former major employee.

However, you and you alone have posted comments, views which to some are a blantant breach on many fronts. You are an arrogant person, posting under Captian Multitrash (iii) and Slippery Slop (advfn) which is an embarresment, even suggesting that person is not you.

Overall, if any of your posts have been right, it will be clear why, you seem to possibly have had access to insider information, going as far back as the major investor in epo who was your contact and may still be.


You sit here today and state, more share dilution, OK maybe, so what, but to throw down ones throat, its 1 for 7 suggests you either know or a blatant liar. Which one is it?

It does not bother me what they do, yes things changed, but at least they are trying. You on the other hand are a crooked, jealous, bitter liar.

You say the management ate crooks, liars and Fraudulent. These are strong words and words which must now be proved by you. You pathetic words will need proving. Because a strategy has changed, or they need to raise money, that's not fraud. That alone is not a reason to suggest they are liars.

Fraudulent suggests they obtained the funds by deception.
Liar suggests one constantly deceives one person by using false statements.

When you consider the above against the change in strategy, made in the public domain as news, one would question your approach. It's wrong.

While you have moaned, bitten anyone who dare say anything, the company has grown turnover to 20+ million from 2million which is when you invested in the company at 11p. Yeah, dilution had occurred, but lets be honest, its not rocket science, its normal in a turnaround business, which I might add it seems you invested in. Yeah, sure they did not do exactly how you wanted them to do ad because of that change, like a immature child you started calling them liars. No, they were not. You were just a child complaining you didn't get what you wanted.

Maybe we should chip in and get a court injunction on you to establish your true identity. What is it, 20K?
