DW CATALYST FUND LIMITED (IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION) (THE “COMPANY”)

2 AUGUST 2017 FINAL NET ASSET VALUE OF THE COMPANY

At an extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 2 August 2017, shareholders passed resolutions to wind-up the Company and appointed Linda Johnson and Ashley Paxton of KPMG Channel Islands Limited as joint liquidators of the Company (the “Joint Liquidators”)

Pursuant to the Company’s shareholder circular dated 12 July 2017, the Joint Liquidators hereby publish below the final pre-liquidation net asset value (“NAV”) of the Company as at 2 August 2017.

There will be no further NAVs published by the Joint Liquidators in relation to the Company.
