Issue of Equity
Dukemount Capital plc, the property management and long dated income provider announces that 1.2million new ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each in the company ("Ordinary Shares"), issued as part settlement for advisor fees during the IPO in March, are to be admitted to trading on 24 October 2017. The total Ordinary Shares in issue will amount to 339,500,000 on their admission. The company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
