RESULT OF EGM

Duet Real Estate Finance Limited (LSE: DREF) is pleased to announce the following results from its Extraordinary General Meeting held today at 2:00 p.m. A total of 27 valid proxy forms were received, representing 33,213,747 ordinary shares, being 46.25% of the issued share capital. All resolutions were passed.
