RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Drum Income Plus REIT PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at a general meeting of the Company held earlier today the resolution to approve the acquisition of the property situated at Burnside Industrial Estate, Dyce, Aberdeen which is a related party transaction under the Listing Rules was duly approved by shareholders.
