IG are the same they got the cash for 2/3rd.of my holding. Asked about the outstanding shares and they say they are awaiting the cash! '...Maybe next week..'!!
My holding with TDW was paid in full on the 23rd. September.

I got the same reply - obviously cut and pasted!

Can't believe in this day and age they are filling in forms and 2 of them!So much for electronic trading....

Got this reply from YouInvest after my additional email pointing out we were about a month behind others ...




Dear Mr xxxx,

Thank you for your message.

I have been informed by our Corporate Actions Team that the delay is down to the fact that the registrar informed us that we needed to
fill in an additional form in order to reciveve the proceeds of this takeover. This form has been completed and sent back via post to the
registrar. We are now waiting for this money to be sent over to us. OurCorporate Actions Team have apologised for the delay but expect
this money to arrive shortly.

As soon as the funds are recieved they will immediately be credited to your account.

If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.

Well I sent them a direct message last night and this is what I've just got back:

"We are sorry for the lack of information you have been provided with, however, our coporate actions department have filled in the forms for the relevant party to send us the cash. When this process started we were unaware that an additional form was essential for us to make this claim of money. The forms have all been sent and the last form they requested was sent on 25/09/15. We are currently in the waiting process. Please be advised this is all accounts with holdings in Dragon Oil. We are looking to credit the accounts as soon as possible but we have not got a definate date or a rough date."

So not particularly satisfactory or professional.

SPOB YouInvest is the new name for SIPPDEAL run by A J Bell in Manchester. I to am tempted to move but I think this would be quite costly.

Me too, still waiting for the laggards YouInvest almost a month after the first ones reported that they have had their payout ... :-(

Quiet thread now but has anyone actually got their money out of YouInvest yet? I never thought that I'd rather be back with Selftrade but I sure do now. What on earth are they playing at?

I'd be ringing the secretary at ENOC or the dragon offices plus those listed as advisers to find out where your money is. I would not leave it to those to do so as they don't appear to be working for you.I think you also need to vote with your feet,,...

Same here, YouInvest replied saying that they have not received any cash from ENOC yet.

Finally had a reply - they say they haven't yet received the money from Dragon/ENOC and don't have a date when they expect it.

Have sent them secure messages before, but they always seem to take ages to respond.

PeterBill have you tried sending them a secure message asking where your money is? I have sent them 2 which they have ignored.

Going by the previous posts, looks like cheques for the paper shares arrived by the 2nd, then came i-dealing, HL and Selftrade all by the 9th, Barclays and HSBC paid by the 10th and Halifax on the 21st.

Are any others still waiting?
