Barclays revised offer is now available on their website. Sad day, but I've accepted. ENOC have got a bargain but at least they were forced to up their offer. It seems a long time since my Aunt gave me some shares in 1997 !

I've had my from idealing today saying the offer has gone unconditional at 8 pound and they will now automatically accept the offer. I only have to contact them if I don't want to accept the offer.

I spoke to selftrade today and all they said was that shareholders should receive a message this week regarding the latest corporate action. Still nothing as yet

For the fun of it I fell like holding on to s small number of my DGO holding say 4000 shares. So when they get to 90% and I am "squeezed" out what price will I be offered or forced to sell at?

There seems to be some hope of a divi when the figs come out soon. Give up there wont be one! If a dividend is paid the take over price will be lowered by that amount, standard clause in the small print, and would have been part of the statement on Monday, the board of Dragon have agreed all this.I advise all to seend it the acceptance ASAP unless you want to remain a shareholder in an unlisted Arab oil stock... they could at 90% also do a squeeze out so you may have no choice.

ENOC further announces that the Offer, which remains subject to the terms and conditions set out or referred to in the Offer Document, is being extended and will remain open for acceptance until 3.00 p.m. (Dublin time) on 28 August 2015.

Just received new Corporate Action notice from TD quoting £8.00.
It also says that those investors that accepted the £7.50 offer will get £8.00.
What it does not state is timeframe to accept.

rovi69, don't know if you're putting the term 'the dragon gang' into Google, but we won't show on Google search yet as it's only just been set up. Just put www.thedragongang.com straight into the address bar.

I received the samee fromTDW, could they have been sent out automatically because the original offer came to a end on 31July?

Sutton.... I'm thinking that this is the delayed action from Friday, prior to the weekends shenanigans, hence why it's still at the same price.

I have also received the Corporate Action notice through TD @ £7.50.
3 points.
1)This has come much quicker than the original one. Did they know in advance about BG & Elliot acceptance of offer.
2)Why is it priced at £7.50. Is this a way of further cheating us out of money by ENOC?
3)Are they getting this out quickly to get acceptances or make people sell before Dividend announced?

Ok, so just had notification of 'corporate action'..... Extension of deadline to 20th august. Offer price £7.50!
Is this likely to be an error on behalf of Tddirect? Anyone else had the same?

Interim results due on the 7th. We'll find out either way then. My guess is it'll be no, otherwise it probably would've been part of the agreement between BG, Elliot et al....
Although, I am surprised it is trading at virtually no discount to the offer. Maybe someone knows something......Let's see.

The dividend payment in theory had nothing to do with Enoc. The DGO board make a decision on a divi payment which is based on company profitability etc. Since the interims are due any day now the board would have announced a divi payment. If they dont pay you have to ask why because ENOC have no say in the matter. Im not daft and can well understand Enoc saying dont pay it but I would assume that would be illegal.

There's no mention of the dividend in ENOC's document as part of the offer. Therefore I'm sure that's all we'll be getting.
