The Bondholders are in control. I said that in in earlier email, there is no thunder to steal. What I would like to know for definite is if there any value left for us poor sods holding shares.

Why don't you or Tilton simply post what you think you know? If it is bad I am sure us poor sods that were left holding shares when they were suspended would all like to know!

Tilton - from 11:35 to 12:32 you appear to have gone from optimistic to defeated.

Try as I may, I can't seem to find much info at all myself. I was aware Rashida had been voted off the Board but Tapaas' removal was not on any agenda I've seen published.

Canna1 - thank you very much for sharing this info and appreciate any further info you should get. Think I'll email Rashida myself to see if she has anything she can share with me.

I now understand that the Bondholders have taken over the plc. What's left for AIM shareholders, I do not know.

IMHO I can't see that the interests of AIM shareholders have ever been paramount to them, considering how they have shafted us over the years.

I look forward to seeing details from the controlling shareholders on their plans.

Tapaas had been fairly hopeless and appeared to have tried to play off both sides against each other while making a bad job of running the company and made a mess of it (including being economical with the truth in RNS 's) so him being out may remove an obstacle. As long as the bond holders cannot dilute the shareholders too much, this may have a future. .

Had reply to email from Rashida today, not looking great and why have they not issued RNS. Are they posted somewhere and I missed them?

Dear,

As you must be aware that Tapaas and myself and other independent directors have been removed as directors from the DQE Plc by the controlling shareholders i.e Anil Chintapalli and his allies. Hence we were unable to take any actions in DQE PLC.

Our Bondholders our negotiating for some settlement with Anil and as I understand the same has been finalized and the legal work in is process. Once all these issues are sorted out, we will then in consultation with our Bondholders decide on the further course of action.

I can assure you that the interest of our shareholders is paramount and we will do whatever is within our control.

Will keep you updated on further development..

They usually come out within close proximity of the Indian results.

Tilton - they were 28th May last year, so presumably imminent.

Thanks Tilton. Can't find any mention of what might happen re a share listing for our shares. Did see the Bondholders statement saying the mgmt change constituted a default of their Bonds but no action as yet.

Tapaas seems hopeful.
