   The announcement made by the Company at 15:14 on 2 May 2017 entitled 
"Total Voting Rights" stated the incorrect number of J Shares in issue. 
A corrected version of the announcement is below: 
 
   In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Downing 
THREE VCT plc announces that the Company's capital and voting rights, as
