Good organic growth doesn't play all that well with a backwards PER of 30.
Poor show that there is no interim divvy, and 3mill shares to be bought back for management.
I wish I had a feel for how vulnerable it is to Google changing the rules, or some other force majeur.
Like the new client list and the Oz initiative, but i would have thought that Singapore would have been a better jumping off point.
1.7% of portfolio, I should have bought more originally but don't feel like increasing at this valuation.
Comfortable hold.

Interestingly I bought back the number I sold yesterday at 37.8p so it will, no doubt, show up as an apparent sell in due course.

Well I did sell a few at 41.5 this morning but only the ones I bought at 31 a few months back as this was always my intention. Hanging on tight to the rest which I have held much longer and I still have a shed load. This story has a long way to run!

Nice, if rather superficial write up. However, if it brings DOTD to more people's attention it's all to the good as this super little growth company is under the radar of most.

I am looking forward to the update on investment and growth plans promised with the interims on the 24th February. May just cause the next leg up in the share price.

Don't know pentangle, but frankly I don't quite understand why this didn't happen yesterday.

Have they been tipped? Or a very delayed reaction to the excellent trading statement?

My view is that their organic growth strategy is correct and I would sell if they started acquisitions, unless the fit was totally convincing.
Their jobs on offer is up from 14 to 16 which inspires confidence.
The risk is a structural change in the way their infrastructure works.
I was too slow to increase this morning.

Interesting article but I disagree on two counts. Firstly an acquisition is a long shot I would have thought. They got burned with their previous buy of Netcallidus which they ended up closing. I would think a potential acquisition would have to be extremely persuasive to be considered. They are more likely to sensibly stick to the knitting.

Secondly is the share price really up with events? In January 2013, exactly two years ago we were looking at a prospective current year PER of 17 and a next year PER of 11.5, which are not hugely differnt to the current figures. To put this into perspective the share price was 15p at that time. Growth is still at least as strong as it was then.

Year end is June so in six months time they should be on an historical PER of 20 and a current year (15/16) PER of maybe 14. Hardly expensive for a company which should show good organic growth for years to come. The Us office and Magento are real kickers.

DOTD has tracked the market for about a year now, but with this sort of growth it will outperform strongly at some stage.

I think that this is looking very encouraging. BOD seem to know are they are doing
with T/O,and cash up. Increased sales in the US, although still a modest part of the business.Have topped up as I expect results to be good.

Cheers, dasv. Slater Investments took their holding above 4% on 1 December. That is what got me interested, with a small opening position.
