Early Closing of Offer Period

Further to the Company’s announcement on 30 August 2017, Doriemus (NEX: DOR) is pleased to announce that as a result of the strong flow of applications received to date, the Company has decided to bring forward the closing date of the Offer under the Company’s Prospectus dated 30 August 2017  to 5:00pm on Tuesday, 19 September 2017 (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

The Company is proposing to allot CDIs to successful Applicants upon receiving confirmation from the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) that the Company’s listing application has been approved.

The Company will provide an update on the timetable for the despatch of holding statements to successful Applicants under the Offer and the proposed listing date on the ASX in due course.
