I think DS must be milking the company heavily right now. Can someone explain how the likes of him manage to become directors of many companies and dont end up in jail for the manner they conduct business of those companies?

Don't worry guys your advisors will be performing DD and the fact that Wilby Resources are dissolved won't escape attention. During the period, the Company made a loss before taxation of £166,000 (6 months ended 30 June 2014: loss £266,000, 12 months ended 31 December 2014: loss £622,000). There was a weighted loss per share of 0.002p (30 June 2014: loss per share 0.01p, 31 December 2014: loss per share 0.01p).

The Company has a strong balance sheet with no debt and cash as at 30 June 2015 amounting to £1,257,000 (30 June 2014: £785,000; 31 December 2014: £198,000).

Glancing at this one, it looks as if it was heavily treading water over HH and may not have survived. Probably best to go for a gamble elsewhere costing peanuts and hope against hope it will work out.
For the best reasons or otherwise the directors still have a bit of fire in their bellies and are going for it - good luck to everyone here.

mainly becuase all aim stocks are a pyramid scheme...as long as you get in early and sell on the rise engineered to raise another placing then you will make something...but i dont i have yet seen an aim co. actually start to become a true co. and pay dividends and start to generate regular earnings...all the ones with earnings have bigger costs even though they have little staff....

looks like dor shareholders have bought a chit for a horse call doriemus...and now thta horse is about to be put down just before he was about to win the gold cup...

cue another horse from greenland who no one knows who will get the puinters buying the chits hoping htis one will win them their money back...where is ds??

People like DS get away with it because there will always be people/investors who are will to pump money into penny shares hoping to get rich over night for little outlay. We've all fallen for it. They/people like DS, take your money and run the company into the ground whilst running off into the sunset with all our cash. Take a look at Todd Kozel and GKP. Sold a dream, delivered a nightmare and made 10s of millions in the mean time. But we all keep falling for it.Penny shares. Penny dreadful.

is a pandora's box...lol will be interested to see if any of them now start to realise their money has gone and the next step is to dilute their holdings down to zilch...the only hope they have is to group together and kick the bod out and get some guys in who actually want to run a co. and make some money...not run placings so they can sell out on placings/warrants and then sit on their hands eating the placing cash away too... over a year to 18 months.:)
