   Admission is being sought as a result of a reverse

   The Company was admitted to AIM on 8 July 2016. 
   The Company's investment policy is to acquire 
   controlling stakes in one or more quoted or 
   unquoted businesses or companies (in whole or 
   in part) in the consumer and leisure sectors. 
 
   The Escape Hunt Group is a global provider of 
   live 'escape the room' experiences, with a franchised 
   global network (including one owner-operated 
   branch) of 38 branches operating 214 rooms across 
   20 countries. 
 
   Going forward, the Directors and the Proposed 
   Directors intend to focus on rolling out owner-operated 
   branches, initially in the UK and another European 
   jurisdiction, whilst also continuing to franchise 
   and sub-franchise.
