EXERCISE OF OPTIONS
Domino's Pizza Group plc (the 'Company') announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for the admission to trading and admission to the Official List of 750,000 new ordinary shares (the 'New Shares').
The New Shares are being issued following the exercise of the third tranche of an option, exercisable until 26 February 2021, over a total of 9,000,000 shares (as adjusted for a sub-division of shares effective on 27 June 2016). The option was granted by the Company as part consideration for an acquisition and announced on 27 February 2014.
The New Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. Admission of the New Shares is expected to take place at 8.00 am on 6 December 2016.
