Reviewing recent share price gain in DCI this seems to have started when the v. large trades mentioned in my post above
first began taking place - obviously (imho) connected.

"Unusual Trade Action" again - namely a 1.0m trade on 22nd Nov
and a 10.5m trade on 23rd Nov - both only reported after close of business on 25th November. SP
I believe at 7.014p; plus two earlier v. large trades again reported v. late..

Odd these not being reported before but no apparent effect (so far) on share price

I've had a look at the project with the largest remaining debt outstanding which is Amanzoe. Looking at the TripAdvisor reviews, this looks a very attractive asset given the rave reviews.

It would be nice to keep an asset like this, and hopefully sell some of the non-core stuff.

If you read the AR it is almost impossible to get much of a handle on the likely outcome here. Lots of half finished developments etc. I had a tiny few yesterday but looking much more today hardly inspires. Still, leverage is modest for the remaining devts so there may be decent upside if they can be sold. Very punty!

Thankfully I have had a decent year, with PEG being a major winner amongst the smaller stuff, but JPEL has been the star, and more than makes up for the losers.

yes, you are not wrong with your cynicism....I can only look at it from a recent purchase, recent new NEDs must see some upside IMO, the recent sale IMO de-risks it as others won't see it IMO as a basket case needing fire sales, so allows a more formal dare I say it "value creation" opportunity....however, constant selling into the share price rise won't help unless they can convince city they can achieve nearer 20p so city can hoover up the big sells.....let's see. i'll take 15p as well....I think this most recent RNS is a step in the right direction. If they can minimise all the professional fees etc as well (as someone else above pointed out) then they will have a decent shot at making a success of it....good luck! DYOR etc

QS99,

It's always interesting to see why people sell...and to have the courage of your own convictions when the share price doesn't move in the direction you expect to continue to hold.

This has been one of my poorer investments, being swayed by a change of management a couple of years ago, which I believed would deliver shareholder value in the short term. Sadly, even a change in management was unable to improve fortunes, and the share price continued to fall. Not having a stop loss has proved costly.

I am now in recovery mode, with the difficult decision of deciding at what level to cut. I see no probability of getting back into the 20's, so it comes down to the quantum of the cut. I'm not persuaded by the arguments of current NAV. When the previous thread was set-up in 2010, the NAV was supposedly 173p!

Write-down after write-down means that even the current 30p must viewed as extremely suspect. I would gladly take 15p as an out. Progress has been made, but looking at the desperation of others to sell, you wonder do they know more than us?

haha, indeed tiltonB, hence my comment. nice to have a "nutter free" thread....decent volumes still going through, but if last RNS is seen (as I think it is) as generally positive, why keep selling?! why not hold on and see what management can achieve.....let's see.

QS99,

I fully expected the "loonies" to arrive, noticing a penny share on the move, but pleasantly surprised. Even hatey hasn't accused me of anything yet!

It will be interesting to see how the seller plays this...it looks like they are selling on rises at the moment, but how many are left. Once they are out of the way, we may see some progress.

Amazing how quiet this board is considering the potential here....good thing in many ways I know, just thought I would make the comment! Some boards get overrun bl'y quickly. GLA....until the next RNS

Looks like the seller around 5.75p, is now letting stock go around 6.75p.

Hopefully the buying is going into firm hands.

Very good volume the mm's have cleverly upped the overhang limit to 7p offer.

Think the seller had 20 million from memory, good chunk of that cleared today
