Interesting results but not marvellous............would like to be convinced that sales will take the NAV up and the share price with it.

So now we have the British Empire Trust as a 3%+ shareholder........it will be interesting to see see who all the large shareholders are when the company publishes its report and accounts. These big trusts like to feel that they are buying in to a share with good prospects. DCI is just a land NAV play and for me somewhere around the 47p mark would have made me a very good return.

Still no money from the Chinese........

Sales V expenses = lower NAV and this has been going on for the best part of the year.

Would be interesting to see if they try and liquidate the group and hand back the cash.

We shall see...............

I see the Bass family from Texas via Oak Hill have purchased a 4.49% stake in the last few weeks.

My 24 October post seems to have indicated that something was going on all around the 40p mark...............so who was the seller and what next?

Some large turnover yet again and it seems a firm price at 41p.

Is it that the Chinese money is now on its way to pay for the Cyprus development business?

Come on brokers and directors do tell us.

There was today a 5 million share trade but put down as "unknown" so has one of the large shareholders sold part of their position?

Just back and the locals love it with the possibilities of the Chinese coming over in 2014 to buy.

Russians are booked in to the best hotels like the Four Seasons in Limersol and the money is slowly flowing back in to the country.

Well there is today with the appointment of another broker to get new shareholders in.

Seems that good progress is being made even though some cash due from the Chinese seems slow to arrive in the coffers.

As to what the share price should be I am not sure but over 40p I hope in the near future.

YES I agree but the market is a little shaky at the moment so I would be surprised if the price were to jump to say 45p.

If you look at yesterdays share deals there was a high T/O - 10m+ and the price has not moved as most of the deals were sales.
