There was nothing in my conversation to say that DJI/BNN did not have everything in hand, but, until the resolution was passed at the GM on Friday afternoon i's and t's could not be dotted or crossed!
I'm happy to take it at face value that DJI/BNN had done everything that was required of them.

I would agree that they need to improve on communication, as I don't think US investors will be quite as understanding.

Mirandaj ; not scaremongering from and I am conscious of my comments but it has too be pointed out that the company made a public statement that DJI would be trading as new name 8am Monday it didn't happen so it is very important to show they are on the ball and announce why and when !
I have been involved with share road shows and believe me any negative is picked up on .

So they must communicate as a long term holder it is for the benefit of the future ... sorry ....

I see a few scaremongering for some reason!

These things happen and they don't happen instantly - the paperwork will have been done - it just takes time for the LSE to process which was probably overlooked. These are fine will be updated shortly. It was only announced on Friday afternoon and then the process starts. 'BNN' will be recognised everywhere shortly.

As I mentioned in my earlier post poor admin mistakes here and surprised company did not put a statement out this morning .

However I do agree that the potential is massive and under laying and will be holding my stake for some time yet .

But they are going to have to become more professional on their communication etc , to say it was dealt with straight after the Friday meeting is crazy this had to be in hand a couple of weeks before so everything was arranged for the meeting approval .

Anyway still buyers and sellers going to par as usual ??? any thoughts 🤔

They are probably too busy spending the last fundraise and thinking about the next excuses for when the 'figures' come out dire (with further big losses is my guess), and everything is delayed again, with more jam tomorrow talk. Sorry to be so negative but it's written all over this one!

I would be surprised if LSE had ballsed it up. This is bread and butter to them. How many stocks change listing each year..must be hundreds.

They said in an official stock exchange RNS that trading under the new symbol would start on Monday morning.

Irrespective of whose fault it is (and I'm 99% certain the blame lies with DJI) the company should have put out another RNS since then explaining what is going on.

"...Accordingly, the Company is pleased to confirm that the change of its name to BNN Technology plc will become effective, and trading in the Company's shares on AIM under this name will commence, at 8:00 a.m. on 10 October 2016. From this time, the Company's new London Stock Exchange TIDM will be BNN and its ISIN will remain as GB00BNBNSF91."

I think all correspondents need to take a deep breath and calm down, what we are looking at here is not a DJI / BNN issue but a process issue at LSE. I am sure it will be resolved in the next day or so and should not in any way reflect on DJI / BNN. I believe that it normally takes around 3 days for these sort of changes to get embedded.

Have spoken with the company just now and they insist they have done everything that needs to be done at their end, and that it was done straight after Friday's meeting.
They have suggested it is purely administrative on the part of the LSE and they are chasing it up.
Don't shoot the messenger btw!

it's an utter ballsup.

we're supposed to be known as BNN and trading as LSE:BNN as of yesterday. As of today we are still trading as DJI. If they can't manage something as straightforward as a ticker change...well...you can imagine.

I think the board needs to be supplemented with some more experienced NED's who can keep check and give sound advice. It's pretty clear that the communications in the last couple of weeks and execution of plan have been sub-par. If it continues, it will act as a drag on share price

I agree its not exactly smooth but doesn't change the fundamental outlook for this share. it is very well placed and the NASDAQ listing will push it towards £2.50 quite quickly, this is not pie in the sky IMHO DYOR

As a long term holder I feel uneasy writing this but 30 years of running companies I cannot believe the CEO has not made a 7am statement this morning explaining for the delay in name change etc

This is a very amateurish move by the company and as CEO he must take responsibility and stand up and explain .
Really poor show if he doesn't before the Nazdac road show on new investors .
Feel bad writing this ' But ' come on what a show up explain to the market what the hell is going on
