Fishing for stock I think. Can't buy any quantity at the quoted offer price.

We should keep a lookout for the 2017 version of this report, to see if UK produced Gin is now a £3bn+ market.£400 million being spent by gin fans in Britain's shops, up 10% on the previous year.Britain's pubs and restaurants also saw a surge in gin sales, with £500 million worth of gin being sold in 2015.Exports have risen by 37% in the past five years, with sales to 139 countries, worth £1.76 billion.https://www.thedrinksbusiness.com/2016/03/uk-gin-industry-continues-incredible-growth/

just to note not sure if it is the same on other peoples screens but the trades being reported on the front page are not matching the trades reported when you bring up the trade screen. Potential that trades are coming up which were yesterdays trades but similar time stamp to now.

I am an eternal optimist buoycat :) Bacardi was established in 1890s by a Cuban, longtime ago and Redleg is just a baby (comparatively) growing up real fast. Nothing is impossible!

I think red leg replacing Bacardi perhaps a little ambitious. But always room for some smaller players to provide variety in the market

Distil Plc: Quick ratio: 5.58, Current ratio: 6.49. These ratios indicate a solid healthy company. Ratios between 1.5 & 3 are signs of healthy company. Touchwood, this company will be trading in double digits soon and triple digits in due course.

Great! Thanks Berny3...one day Redleg will replace likes of Bacardi. Some serious long term investors are investing in Distil and it's capitalisation should be in excess of £10m soon.

Something else that is worth monitoring is the growth in popularity of the brands across the supermarket sights. Excuse the long internet links. Some update more regularly than others. Waitrose updates on a daily basis. Sainsbury and Tesco seem a little more random. However, Redleg Rum is creeping up the rankings in both Tesco and Sainsbury.

a few of the things to look into are the portfolio of brands in other drink companies

Craft specialist Gin is a little light on the ground in most.

There are many other world wide drinks companies of significant size which are yet to break widely into UK markets. Importantly is Sazerac Investment Holdings who are shareholders behind Hi Spirits (see companies house)

See Size of Sazerac and their portfolio at their website
