24/11/2015 12:07 | You're welcome EI. In this market climate I am also paying special heed to share price action (in addition to fundamentals) as there are plenty of reasons for the stock market to go down and making a few good companies much cheaper in the process. Opened up a couple of shorts a while back on sp500 and ftse100 just in case. | tongosti
24/11/2015 12:00 | Appreciate the view tong, thanks. I thought near £6 is worth consideration. | essentialinvestor
24/11/2015 11:55 | It's my own personalised valuation thing but here it goes: average FCF margin ( I work it out over the last 10 years) is about 8% (I don't usually prefer using trailing numbers due to business inevitable short term spikes). That means that I estimate sustainable FCF to amount to about £25mln (@8% margin relative to most recent sales numbers). That means the multiple (using latest a market cap reading) on such average FCF figure stands at about 30. For a company which is finding it tough to grow organically but is looking to acquisitions to do so, the multiple looks quite generous to me. I like the company a lot but I think I will exercise some patience before I decide to get back in | tongosti
24/11/2015 11:07 | Way overvalued tong? | essentialinvestor
24/11/2015 10:41 | That's right EI - risk reward is not attractive yet. The company is still way overvalued in my view. In addition, market action not favourable: the share price has broken south of the 200day MA for a while now. Watching this closely as my gut feel is we will get a better entry point opportunity going forward. | tongosti
20/11/2015 14:49 | Decent results but about in the price on 17X and not much growth atm?. | essentialinvestor
16/11/2015 13:38 | Market seems to like the results! Having said that, this is quite an illiquid stock and any trading seems to shift the price quite significantly in either direction. | jeffian
16/11/2015 13:04 | Is this a recovery or what? | petewy
22/10/2015 21:24 | Gone in on a SB. Bottom has to be around 619.... Here's hoping. :) | mikewdear
09/10/2015 20:54 | to 700p I note | silverfern
09/10/2015 15:45 | Tipped by Naked Trader as a recovery play. | alphabeta4
25/9/2015 11:06 | Anyone any info on current performance. Holders will be suffering a year's pricing stagnation at these levels. I got out around 700p so was not happy to do so but it's still on my watch list | silverfern
03/9/2015 11:45 | Current ask at 666 - that's an interesting number indeed:) | tongosti
02/9/2015 15:12 | I have sold all but a small holding. A too big reaction on figures that are not so bad I think but on top of the £1 fall over the last two months I am stopped out | silverfern
20/8/2015 19:59 | Really fancy this, bought back my top slice at just over £7 with a fairly tight stop loss against a next leg to c£9.50. Risk reward looks good and be greedy when others are fearful and all that. | alphabeta4
04/8/2015 17:12 | And there was a stonking buy at midday which changed the price trend (for today at least). | silverfern
04/8/2015 07:58 | THanks both; yes I sold at the 8.90 price- was only there for a couple of hours! - but have been buying back in steadily on what I thought were price lows. | silverfern
03/8/2015 22:35 | No idea.. stock markets weak in general at the moment? | alroyrob
03/8/2015 21:37 | Looks like a spate of weakness caused by a strong pound to the euro and (in particular) the US$. These things normally work themselves out if you're patient enough as cable has been pretty range bound the last few years. I top sliced in early May at £8.90, tempted to buy them back. | alphabeta4
03/8/2015 16:31 | this is terrible- anyone have any ideas why the constant fall? | silverfern
15/7/2015 17:19 | And again, anyone any ideas about the results? | silverfern
03/6/2015 12:55 | Nice to see it up for a change, anyone know why? | ardent8
29/5/2015 11:57 | Ignore early morning movements (as I tell my wife). However I find best time to buy is during that period and I've picked some up recently at pretty low prices | silverfern
28/5/2015 08:05 | I know its early but ffs. 5% on no news. Really? | ardent8 |
