Spoke to BM this morning. Formal announcement of new advisor in 2 - 4 weeks subject to everything being agreed. No news on previous acquisition target but looks as though they have moved on to look for other opportunities.

Flojo - escrow is basically a third party 'pot' where the money is sitting - it resides neither with the people who supplied it, nor with the company that request it. When the company finds a suitable project or uses money for a listing it will be withdrawn from Escrow - as Brian is keeping it for the purpose it was intended i.e. an aquisition, not to be used as general working capital. Given DMR has no trading business/bank as such, it's the easiest thing for Brian to do - it also distances it from any creditors (not that DMR has any now - outside of what Brian has injected). I'll e-mail again for an update, but am not optimistic of any significant progress.

As I understand it the money pledged for shares is held in escrow until a deal is done and BM is funding the search for a new target.

did any off you guys get new shares??? i indictaed to tdw at the time how many i would like to take...the chap said it was the bizare as they wanted to know how many you wanted but they werent guaranteeing anything and had no timetable issued for when funds had to be or when shares would be issued...i ended getting none and hearing nothing either..

Hi FLOJO - I've not had an update since early April when I ascertained from Brian that the prospect tabled was likely to fail due to the director being unavaialble for fundraising presentations. Brian did however indicate that the company:

'...also have a rare earth project and I am looking at a different iron ore project in South Africa and a West African gold project. But in the nature of life none of these might work out...'

Too early to contact him again, but if I get an update will posr here

orvil think duss as the spin doctor for dmr...last man standing, trying to hoover up so there will be no come backs....after all dmr have tried their best......next bit of news will be, been in touch and all has failed nothing i could do!!!!!but maybe only maybe, we might hear somthing in the near future............good night!!!!!!

Not a great update in terms of timing of any re-list. Had contact with Brian who suggested that due to an accident with the MD of reversal prospect timetable for planned fundraising presentations is out the window. Likely means the reversal prospect will list on ASX (due to funding need) not AIM/Plus - though not completely decided yet.

Sufficient funding for Plus listing held in escrow (hence why we do not have our shares yet), but I understand BM wants to go straight to AIM - potentially. The only cash used in working capital for Dimension thus far has been from Brians own pocket - he will release fundraising from Escrow in association with any deal/listing - as he believes it is not 'fair' to use the raised funds for working capital against deal searching.

He his discussing three other potential deals (rare earth, gold, another iron ore).

One day, perhaps, I can write a book about this(!) but for now must remain patient

orvil why would you buy more shares in a company that may not come back to market....love to hear your thoughts, i sold some just before they got suspended but still hold 1m....i have been told to right this off!!!!

Brief update via FLC. Brian aims to close the offer period (from original subscription) by the end of this week. This will allow certificates to be issued. The aim is then to progress the plus listing somewhere between April 5th and April 23rd - (and with a following wind) the current tabled aquisition. I assume any aquisition would be pre-money - the prospect along with it's plus quoted listing and reporting transparency would be floated on AIM July/August presumably in conjunction with a substantial placement.

All seems a bit provisional, but lets see how the next few weeks pans out. I'd be happy firstly to see it re-listed. The advisors appear happy with proceedings so far.

I contacted DMR's other Director, Jonathan Moorely-Kirk and he confirmed availibility of Brian is somewhat restricted at present. Discussions for DMR are ongoing and at sensitive stage (presumably with the same prospect as alluded to in funding note). Jonathan will provide an update once the two have had chance to catch up.

More patience I'm afraid, but we should not assume silence means a lack of progression....In the meantime I'd suggest there is little point in contacting Brian directly.
