As I see it...

DLM has signed an agreement with a FTSE 100 company (The publisher) to produce digital learning products with online/video based content.

The publisher will then sign contracts with major corporates worldwide to use these training courses/resourses.

(The value to DLM of contracts already signed is in excess of GBP350,000).

Thus, as each new corporate signs up with the publisher they will be paying for the existing content so revenue to DLM will be incremental.

DLM gain by producing more content for existing corporates AND they gain when new corporates sign up for the existing material.

"Discussions are being held with other major corporates and further contract wins are expected."

Anybody have an idea what "there will be material increments for every additional contract signed with a major corporate" may be? Must admit yesterday's RNS read quite bullish, almost begs the question, why were they sold down to such low levels? Not that I'm complaining if the recovery continues apace. Regards :-)

Back long here this morning. Yesterday's contract wins tip the balance for me as far as risk/reward is concerned. My stoploss will be the recent low.

Added 500k@0.10 to 500k@0.08 yesterday, think yesterday's contract win starting to sink in, also in the RNS dated 09/08 they said expect to be trading profitable this quarter, lets hope they meet those revised targets. Regards

The clues are all there...

"The value to DLM of the secured contracts is in excess of GBP350,000 and the directors expect that there will be material increments for every additional contract signed with a major corporate. Discussions are being held with other major corporates and further contract wins are expected."

There's certaily a lot more reason to be confident here now.

This one could do very well over the next few months.

This was comfortably trading at twice the price a month or so ago with half the business.
Costs are now back under control and Directors bought at 0.1p.
Bought some yesterday and today at less than what the Directors paid.
Looking good hopefully.

Tuesday's Stock Market Report from UK-Analyst:

"...The directors of Digital Learning Marketplace* (DLM) announced the signing of an agreement with a FTSE 100 company to produce a range of digital learning products with online and video content. These products will be distributed to major corporates worldwide, with the value of the two contracts already secured being in excess of 350,000 pounds. Management is confident that this partnership is the first of several that will be signed, each of which will bring in a number of orders valued over 100,000 pounds over the next six months. The shares surged by 0.0275p to 0.0875p."

Agreed: an encouraging RNS today that could mark a turning point on the chart.

Managed to hold on to all the gains today, maybe the content of the RNS finally sinking in, discussions held with other major corporates & further contract wins expected. Lets hope this marks the bottom & the board can knuckle down & turn this around, only time will tell but a good start with today's announcement.

Recent placing at .10p and now FTSE 100 company agreement which is generating new contracts.

Could be a good recovery play from here.

With the cost reductions, they must be close to cash breakeven.

Still surprised that they managed to get people to pay what was effectively a 70% premium to the share price.

I think that they might have finally turned the corner.

Contrary to what Saucepan says, a share consolidation might be helpful.
There are 1.1 billion shares out there at the moment.

Yes. It would be good to see the contracts continue to roll in (crucial to investor confidence).

Key for me:

The results for H1 2012 will be affected by the changes begun in 2011 and
referred to above. The Directors believe the benefits of these changes will not
be realised until H2 2012 and the technical challenges of developing new
products and services may cause cost-overruns and/or delay launches, and lead
times for winning orders may be longer than expected.

and . . .

Should the group not deliver its business plan and liabilities arise as a result of the wind up of Intellego Group Limited, and sufficient funding is not in place to cover its obligations, there would be significant doubt about the
group's ability to continue as a going concern, which therefore indicates a
material uncertainty. The financial statements do not include the adjustments
that would result if the group was unable to continue as a going concern.

Furthermore, I cannot see the latest round of minuscule fund raising keeping the Company afloat for long. The shares are going to be consolidated and in my experience of the AIM market that usually precipitates yet further falls.

I am very glad I am out and not tempted back in here.

At least the Company is trading again so there is a chance for private investors who think like me to salvage some of their investment.

If DLM turns out to be a winner, I shall be pleased for those who stick with it.

Wow.
Placing at 0.1.
I thought placings were usually done at discounts to share price.
This has been done at double the share price.
Is this not a real vote of confidence.
Alternatively maybe there is some more info that we don't know about.

For a company that is soon to be profitable, the price looks ridiculous.
Costs have been cut to fit.
Back to their knitting.
No cash concerns as they have more money in the bank
By my working, on a full year, the PE is 2. DYOR though.
I think this should be at least 0.15.
Time will tell

Just today viktor was active on the following companies' boards, starting at 11am (late riser?) and posting every few minutes until 9pm.

Condor Resources - CNR
Patagonia Gold - PGD
Cyan - CYAN
Ortac Resources - OTC
Silvermere Energy - SLME
Alexander David Investments - ADI
CIC Mining Resources - CICR
Alecto Minerals - ALO
Watermark Global - WET
Vane Minerals - VML
Digital Learning Marketplace - DLM
Acta Catalysts - ACTA
Mobilewave - MBW

His reputation for prolific stupidity is evident across all these boards.

Some small time punters will try to blame anyone else for their poor research/analysis/stock picking rather than admit their own failings.
