The Company has been notified that, on 9 January 2018 Wayne Edmunds, Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 12,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.0189 each in the Company (the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction, Wayne Edmunds now holds a total of 12,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
