09/12/2011 15:48 | lol i'm certain they have a nav of 125p as it was in the results!! are you saying they is big fat fibbers!! (-;?? | moreforus
09/12/2011 15:46 | zangdook - 9 Dec'11 - 08:32 - 488 of 491 edit Given the other discounted opportunities, which don't have this degree of uncertainty | zangdook
09/12/2011 15:45 | NAV 77.3p vs 30p price doesnt sound as good as NAV 125p vs 15p price!!!! | moreforus
09/12/2011 15:43 | here's one to start you off TEIF NAV at 30 Sept 77.3p. May be higher now as they've sold some stuff at a premium. Current spread 29.75 - 31.5. ISA eligible, too. Now if someone will answer my question, I may give you another. :-) | zangdook
09/12/2011 14:54 | Please tell me of these other discounted opportunities! | stewjames
09/12/2011 08:32 | Given the other discounted opportunities, which don't have this degree of uncertainty, I can't see a dramatic rise to compare with the dramatic fall from 90p. A 50%+ discount isn't unusual if you look around. Anyway, no-one's answered my question from a few months back. What happened during calendar year 2010? There was no suspension or delisting announcement but I can't see how else to read the chart. | zangdook
08/12/2011 22:50 | Too many gifts around at the minute i suppose. | battlebus2
08/12/2011 22:20 | I bought £5K worth and paid 39p myself after what i thought was a great RNS, assets of over 125p inc load of cash, and that was discounted also, i thought 200% upside from even my buy in, here at this price seems a gift. | daytraders
08/12/2011 20:51 | Battlebus2 The Market hasn't had a chance in a while to put their valuation on it as someone has been selling all the way down from 90p. It has stabilised at 15.5p now so it this is the bottom? When the seller is cleared the rise back up will be just as dramatic. Fundamentals go out the window when there is a seller willing to take any price they can. Thankfully they appear to have met their match at a 16p offer. Some were paying 25-30p a couple of weeks back. No news since. People were paying 40-50p a few months ago, no news since. Can't wait for the RNS to come out saying seller done. It will double overnight at least. Hopefully we will get an RNS when the Market is closed so people end up chasing the share price up. Take a look what happened at zol recently when a seller was declared out, it went from 1.6p to 4p, like dhir going from current 16p to 40p within a few days! | christianf12
08/12/2011 20:41 | What's with this share looks to me the market doesn't believe in the cash and assets. | battlebus2
08/12/2011 20:34 | Bonkers isn't it cf12...in normal times this would never happen - our seller IMHO and based on tilts feedback has to sell... | moreforus
08/12/2011 20:32 | There are more of these crazy opps. I have difficulties allocating my money! I really feel greedy these days. :) | greedfear
08/12/2011 20:26 | No sells reported after close for the first time in a few days. Maybe he is gone finally? Can't believe the buy opportunity here going on fundamentals. | christianf12
08/12/2011 20:12 | Well there has to be an awful lot of bad news to burn 33p of cash and 92p in assets to support the current price - when in fact the BoD confirmed there was not only a seller but they knew who it was ... | moreforus
08/12/2011 20:03 | well they paid like 16/20 million for the assets so they better be real, what i mean by that is, dhir has had like £20million chucked at them by us inverstors i think, not sure of exact numbers since there listing, so we better get at least 100p back from them in time, dyor imo | daytraders
08/12/2011 19:17 | I'm not not sure I agree with my own analysis. :) Anyway, I like the odds.... | greedfear
08/12/2011 19:08 | If they owe money ? Need money? Have a margin call (isn't that 50% of the aim market collapsing ??) I agree with your analysis... of we get half it's 4 times higher than the current price..the kind of return people write essays on on other stocks!! | moreforus
08/12/2011 18:43 | Then remains the question: why would someone (especially a better informed party) sell with such a huge discount on NAV? | greedfear
08/12/2011 18:40 | Let's try to answer that: A. is it real? I'll give that a 40% chance; B. can it ever be extracted? I'll give that a 60% chance. So, is it real and can it be extracted? 24% 24% x 125p = 30p Paying 15-16p for that seems like a good deal. (Okay, chance of me talking BS 1%. Still 30p.) | greedfear
08/12/2011 18:38 | No it's a seller known to the BoD....this has nothing to do with fundamentals... The discount is massive ...the fall dramatic and the seller is still around ..although seems to have less to sell. | moreforus
08/12/2011 18:28 | The big problem here is that despite the impressive NAV there is worry about A. Is it real? B. can it ever be extracted? Nobody can answer these questions except the BOD and even they probably aren't sure, hence the drop. | goliard
08/12/2011 14:41 | Thats why they have ended the tie with them i thought, they gave them notice. | daytraders
08/12/2011 13:33 | aren't the 1 million of annual management fees and 'admin expenses' a bit excessive here? | mister md
08/12/2011 08:05 | Another 100k gone at 15.25p yesterday near close. Slowly but surely the seller is getting cleared. | christianf12 |
