01/12/2011 20:17 | some volume today | hugepants
27/11/2011 19:23 | Wexboy claims volume to date is 29% of the outstanding shares I wonder if its Jabre Capital who have been selling. They held 28% and are a hedge fund. Maybe selling because of redemptions. | hugepants
27/11/2011 18:16 | Aren't there different disclosure rules for AIM stocks. I used to be a Fayrewood shareholder and I recall a big discussion on this topic. I think 10% was a key level ie. no need to disclose until this level is passed and no need to disclose during 1% changes. Maybe this only applies to overseas shareholders, I can't recall. Anyone else know anything about this? | hugepants
22/11/2011 12:53 | DT look at ZOL fell to 1.6p from 8p ..old management selling out...1 way journey then buyers started coming in....and there were 2 buyers identified in holdings rns and that triggered a reversal up to almost 4p then this morning they put out a we know no reason for this rise rns!!!! | moreforus
22/11/2011 12:51 | yeh, i must stop worrying, i have seen this alot with shares when there is a seller, CAD,UNIQ etc, all collapsed only to triple/quaduple in weeks after seller had gone/finished. | daytraders
22/11/2011 12:11 | DT we all bought in on the basis of what we perceived, rightly, a stock trading at a large discount to asset value that was potentially going to return cash to shareholders nothing as far as i can see has changed.... | moreforus
22/11/2011 12:06 | I cant do fill or kill trades with my broker, im still waiting for rns holding's to come out thou, there is no way all these sales were from PI's, i just cant still believe were down at this price thou, i thought 39p was a great buy in for me, oh well. | daytraders
22/11/2011 11:58 | DayTraders they still have a massive sell order i can buy 375k at 18p...at tdw maybe you want to try that on a fill or kill at 16!! thats about 70k gbp... | moreforus
22/11/2011 11:57 | interesting, we go down on 2 buys. | daytraders
19/11/2011 17:35 | I think that's a fair assessment BUT no cash value will be realized until the assets are sold...so giving a fair value of X is pointless as there are only 2 values - what they raise from all asset sells in the real world and the current price... He also says we are blaming institutional sellers - not seen that once - I've been at this game long enough to know when someone (person or persons unknown) is working sell orders... | moreforus
19/11/2011 17:30 | DT ..remember I kept checking the limit ..could buy 375k online and that would be via 1 mm ..Tilton said 2 had been working sell orders.. | moreforus
19/11/2011 13:39 | Oh i also noticed the large sale on the 15th 333,335 shares, and no more sales since only quite big buys, im wondering myself if the 333,335 trade was last of the seller as its a odd number. | daytraders
19/11/2011 13:35 | Wow, very nice piece indeed, wish i had some spare money to buy more, and i agree with everything he says, all except i think fair value should be nearer 90p, but 69.9p still massive upside from here, and who knows, if they wind up we may even get nearer 134p :) | daytraders
19/11/2011 13:05 | Wexboy has done an ace piece of analysis on Dire: | simon gordon
17/11/2011 14:36 | btw I have 0 shares here, since no-one was able to answer the questions I had in July and October. Normally if investors have any sort of confidence in or understanding of a company someone will pop up and answer questions like that. | zangdook

16/11/2011 23:02 | Also if anyone knows of any other holders elsewhere or even dhir forums / bulletin boards please pass on/repost this request with my email. dhirinvestor@gmail.c | envirovision
16/11/2011 22:54 | Great so that's a start. No need for everyone to post publicly but as I'm suspecting it may be feasible to change things for the better. If everyone would kindly email in confidence with their name and shareholding (instead of on this board) to: dhirinvestor@gmail.c I will make an assessment of momentum we may have collectively with a mandate to improve visibility, communications and most importantly to secure and enhance and return all possible shareholder funds and assets with the option of requisitioning an EGM if so required. | envirovision
