downbutnotout- no we are talking about, the prospects of a city investment institution taking 1 million + worth of stock as soon as is possible.

as the company grows through aquisition it will need to issue more shares therefore it will need a bigger pool of investors to absorb the new stock.

It is nice to know that the board of BASE GROUP were able to bring in institutional finance on behalf of Man City to complete the Matias Vuoso transfer from Independiente.

As we all know a lot of South American clubs are reluctant to sell their stars to European clubs because of the payment structure (they want and need all the money at once) not in performance instalments and complex deals.

Also to hear the companies brokers being so confident about securing institutional investment once they can offer 1 min+
