Thanks your reply. At moment OK for a few minutes then "Lost connection to ADVFN" the other problem that has arisen if changing IE web pages or refreshing a
page get "Can't connect". Try a few times and OK. Have uninstalled IE11 and
using IE10.

hi eithin,

I'd been testing this from this end and hadn't been able to recreate the problem. It sounds as though you may have an intermittent internet connection because as you said IE was not opening either.

If it continues to happen, you could try restarting your router and modem to see if that improves things. Also if you are using WIFI, try instead connecting with a cable to see if that makes any difference. If after doing that the problems still continues, it could be worth getting in contact with your Internet Service Provider to ensure that they are not experiencing any problems.

Problem rectified itself about 1300. Tried various processes of elimination. Conclude its an exchange problem appears happened same time yesterday. Problem with DDE and IE "cannot display this page". Possibly a "drop" in signal at these times. Don't think anything your end. Thanks.

There was an issue with the DDE which has been restarted and it should be fine now.

I don't seem to be getting FTSE 100 high/lows this morning. I've closed everything and re-loaded, so any ideas?
