Posted at 09/9/2009 22:47 by badtime hmm..i'm sure i mentioned a bid in my post..lolBut y the buys above bid price?..Nt surely a counter offer? |
Posted at 08/9/2009 19:33 by ydderf Isn't this what happened to DLD? still a cracking speculation imho! |
Posted at 24/8/2009 14:42 by ydderf Most heavily geared property stocks will eventually go through the roof because even a small advance in property values will have a dramatic effect on NAV, is DLD another a heavily discounted illiquid property stock in this position ? |
Posted at 17/8/2009 10:40 by ydderf this is very cheap if you believe property prices have stopped falling.....looks like there have been protests at further dilution, there is only one reason for this position being taken by existing holders and it is that the share is likely to rocket.... |
Posted at 06/5/2009 14:40 by bricktycoon More massive buying volume today get in at 10 ant watch it double in a week massivley undevalued at this price. |
Posted at 15/4/2009 06:45 by nickcduk SGL had an offer which was considerably above its parent company cash level. Using the same metrics for DLD would give about 100% premium from around current levels. Not sure that will materialise but there is a lot of interest for those looking to pick the bottom in these highly geared property companies. |
Posted at 27/3/2009 09:30 by parvez check out other announcements after 29 Jan. This one is in "play" and somethings up here.....higher than normal volume yesterday too |
Posted at 03/2/2009 15:03 by bones30 Big buys today, and no price movement? |
Posted at 24/10/2007 08:18 by hybrasil If you allow a one third discount to NAV the proper price for this share is 48p. Where do I get the 1/3rd from?. That is the level property stocks have traditionally traded at. That is, before the boom of the last 5 years. |
Posted at 05/1/2007 14:39 by gekko3 price now 79-82 on some big buying. worth a look |
