NO - of course I don't have you on ignore efagie -
but I realise - for some reason I had BB3 on ignore - I only read his post before I logged in.
Odd. I've never had a problem with him.
I must remedy that so I can vote him up. :)
I thought you were posting here what I'd read on the other place -

You could be right about the two rigs- hence Noble bringing in an extension.

I think there will be two rigs next year. Just a hunch. :)

agna, sorry for lateness to 46008 (i think) been having issues with advfn.
besides the slowness, while waiting for those ruddy adds to finish loading. (so much for fibre) every time i visit, i have to log in. even a visit back to the front page meant a new log in. the diagnostics don't work. until today, where it seems back to normal, bar the diagnostics. drove me up the wall, given how much time is spent here.

I have no idea about the last temporary port- perhaps that was dismantled?

no temporary port to dismantle. used current fig port facilities. hence my questions to why a temporary. though that should be noted, there was something towards the two rig scenario back then, think it was to the harbour not being able to cope if one of them was a deepwater one. another point may be to ongoing work to the current facilities, may reduce its potential scale. where given development storage needs and also exploration needs being to big for it..

Thanks Rob - I missed that part - I'd better go back and read it again.
It's well worth the read if anyone's interested.

Regarding PJ, BB actually wrote about that in his post.

"I then asked about his involvement in a new chairmanship at another oil co. He said he has 3 board positions at the moment and was headhunted to advise on the chairmanship of another co by a large shareholder, he advised and they got rid of their chairman, they have a stand in and are looking for a successor... he could do it, he has space, he hasn't been approached directly but if he was it would not make any impact on his responsibilities to RKH and is committed to seeing RKH through to value realisation...... Sounded reasonable and genuine."

Zebedee = 140mmbbl STOIIP (mean)

RF at about 33% as an best estimate so a successful result would give resources of about 46mmbbls.

Can't remember what DES have as a WI on the block?

Goldman will put it down as a risked resource and apply a "value" to it, if it's funded for drilling within the next 12 months. With a 52% COS (don't see that much!) the share price should get a hike IF DES can drill. (IF)

FOGL have said they will likely share rig mob with others for 2014 BUT I suspect only for SFB since it will be a high spec. rig.

DES are IMO still therefore a little reliant on RKH / PMO.

RKH have said the GCT = £52
FIG say £195
Not exactly a minor issue. In fact that extra cash would fund an entire drilling campaign. (Which incidentally would probably en up in the FIG achieving MORE CGT revenue in any event).

So ultimately DES's future may end up being reliant on the FIG.

You go FIGure.

I was misreading the AGM - I think.
It's the multiple targets in the drill(of which Zebedee is one) that might contain 1 billion barrels -
but Zebedee contains OIP 140 million - is that right?
