16/4/2015 16:10 | Norbert Colon, Do you know for certain the results are out tomorrow? Thanks V | vfast
16/4/2015 14:29 | Clock - agreed but investors need to be forwards looking and assessing the situation based on the clearance of this overhanging cost (once PG is also paid off). I cannot say I have a high conviction with my holding as I am yet to meet the management and only have a moderate holding (from a low base) - lets see what the results bring anyway. | norbert colon

16/4/2015 12:40 | I anticipate results tomorrow and believe the rise is a result of expected positives within. I can foresee at least a 50% further upward movement in the valuation over the short / medium term. I hold. | norbert colon

02/4/2015 18:42 | CT The loan is to be settled within 12 months (repayment date up to 31 March 2016 ("Loan"). We will see if the company repays before that date. The final results should be out soon, lets see how things are going then however as ISIS has pointed out the Jan trading statement looked positive. Hoping to see progress on the BH land this year. | vfast

02/4/2015 16:27 | Loan Notes are a common form of raising money. Give it a rest CT! LOL | isis
02/4/2015 16:24 | It is of no concern what the sum of £400k is used for or for what use it maybe put too in the future, the concern is that were other funds(possible profits used)in addition to this sum? Because if it is as you suggest, the £400k maybe just the sum to conclude the liability with the Landlord, and they may have spent other funds preparing for its next use prior to completion of the deal. Until detailed information is provided everyone is just guessing, unless of course you have inside knowledge, that other investors should be provided with. Private loan notes should always be treated with caution imo. Could they not raise that sum from other sources at a lower rate of interest? If anything, I think it shows how careful any investor needs to be now. | clocktower
02/4/2015 15:14 | CT, The unit is modern and in good condition, I got a tour around the unit by Edward Price (Gaming MD) although it was quite a few years ago. V. | vfast
02/4/2015 11:50 | In addition they might have had to spend another sum to put the property in good order and to the Landlords satisfaction, so any profits that are or have been made might have already been dissipated. In addition they have to repay the £400k or come to some other deal that might dilute the current stakeholders? | clocktower
02/4/2015 11:40 | ISIS It was costing the company £240k a year so £400k doesn't look that bad to get it cleared off. The final results will be the next point of interest and should be out this month...fingers crossed. | vfast
02/4/2015 11:25 | Well the savings on not having to pay the lease should boost future profits, so all in all a good deal. | isis
02/4/2015 11:22 | All looks good, what we want now is the final results for 2014. I got in this morning with 2 75k at 4p and 4.4p. let hope this is the start of the recovery. | vfast |
