04/11/2016 12:16 | benson14 Nov '16 - 08:41 - 8466 of 8474 0 0 Really good news, perhaps early signs of Brexit are starting to free up money in the NHS, yump4 Nov '16 - 09:14 - 8467 of 8475 1 0 It wouldn't surprise me if the potential savings from not paying into the EU to support the EU beaurocracy -------------------- Am I missing something? We are still in the EU and we are still paying that organisation £ Billions. We will be making that payment for at least two to three years more. | bigt20
04/11/2016 11:51 | "replace the alternative technology purchased by the Trust.."Excellent demonstration of how the NHS p1sses money up the wall, then weeps, wails, strikes..Sort yourselves out before asking hard up taxpayers for more money (we don't generally have your job security, pension pots, or £38k pa at the before we turn 30). | wigwammer
04/11/2016 11:31 | DM share price tends to lose any daily gains as the session goes on, will be interesting to see how the share price ends the day.. | gbenson1
04/11/2016 11:26 | This, too, is interesting: "improving trends in our UK business following the launch of the TruFlow probes in May" It sounds as if TruFlow is a good thing. | arf dysg
04/11/2016 10:41 | Is the alternative technology that the ODM is replacing Lidcos? This rise is the share price will flush out any short term/distressed/weak holders. This could be a nice corner to turn for DM, we need to get our technology being used and evaluated.. | djgrantb
04/11/2016 10:33 | Today's news item has some interesting phrases in it: "clinician demand to replace the alternative technology" "clinicians are insisting on using ODM rather than alternative technologies" "NHS hospitals will support these clinicians financially" | arf dysg
04/11/2016 09:58 | This news being taken positively by the markets, perhaps sentiment in this stock has changed, up 12%. | djgrantb
04/11/2016 09:21 | Anyway, on a more positive note, a few of us have decided to try to help prevent more hospital admissions. "Point at the prat with the phone" (Drivers using mobiles) So far we've caused around 20 motorists embarrassment, although apparently the police say we shouldn't be pointing at people in cars. But we're not prepared to wait for one of our kids to be run over by some idiot using a phone, when they are crossing a busy junction with the school run in full flow. A couple of times several people joined in the pointing, which was 'fun'. If we all did it at least the police wouldn't have to spend their time trying to catch the numpties and could concentrate on serious crime. Be nice to see an national campaign of shame and embarrassment. | yump
04/11/2016 08:41 | Really good news, perhaps early signs of Brexit are starting to free up money in the NHS, know that Lord Carters report on NHS procurement savings will make it meaner n leaner, wonder which technology our monitor replaces!! | gbenson1
04/11/2016 08:00 | A good bit of news. Presumably the FY forecast not changing as the impact isn't in itself material, and the main impact will be felt in 2017. Positive noises from Ewan are nothing new of course, but this is welcome. | qazwsxedc69
04/11/2016 07:52 | Yes, the interims stated that there had been an improvement in July and August, so it looks like the UK business may have bottomed out, which in turn means that we should show a return to overall growth in the second half of the year (and onwards). | fozdad
04/11/2016 07:14 | Hopefully some light at the end of the tunnel re. NHS. | ramnik007
03/11/2016 15:03 | Another buying opportunity! | arf dysg
03/11/2016 08:05 | The last 3 US Platform Accounts to reach the much publicised milestone are certainly taking some time. I hope they can announce them before the final, final fundraise to see us through to a cash generative position. | fozdad
03/11/2016 05:57 | Apologies BigT20, I know DM still have quite high running costs, I meant to say, hope we reach Operating cash break even soon.. | gbenson1
02/11/2016 11:51 | 2 nice little nibbles, about time we had another update on US accounts and if we're cash positive? | gbenson1
28/10/2016 21:34 | Maybe Bentendboy is | waywardlad
28/10/2016 17:32 | I doubt it. | bigt20
28/10/2016 14:34 | Nice couple of small buys. Are investors selling out of Lidco to buy here ?? | gbenson1
27/10/2016 17:35 | Deltex always drops on no news. We got a news drought at almost exactly the same time last year, at almost exactly the same prices. | february 30th
27/10/2016 14:39 | Might be... it is a rather sudden drop on no particular news. | arf dysg
27/10/2016 08:17 | Looks like funding at 4p | waywardlad
27/10/2016 00:57 | Chartwise 3.75p looks like it will be tested again | buywell3
26/10/2016 14:30 | Wait for it............. | bigt20 |
