looking pretty keen now, looks like that sell trade in reasonable size of 163 k was holding the share price back.

picked up a few more today. as per last interview expected production growth of 30% this year which should translate into some meaningful profits considering the reduced cost of debt and the higher pricing of and introduction of PKO sales.

production numbers should be out next week, followed by AGM on 18th and half yearly results should be out in August this time, just to keep the momentum going.

Lincoln Moore

Two new interviews…No.506 where he goes over the recent placing and acquisition and 509 where he explains why Brexit will add even more profits to DKL's bottom line. He also repeatedly talks about the approach of dividends following 2016 huge increase in production and profits

I find it odd that a dividend is proposed at such an early stage considering the growth prospects.

it's good to see a slight recovery in the share price today. i would think that this years half year results will be delivered earlier than last year in the same way the 2015 full year results were and the half year results should provide the necessary ammunition to deliver a meaning rise in the share price I think a potential dividend may be announced with the half years considering the company would have a pretty clear indication by then of the projected full year position although we do need the CPO to get back over USD700 a ton.

Yes not long now. EGM tomorrow to rubber stamp things and hopefully we can move on and up. Pity to see us fall back from 1.65p. We are in the peak season now so we should be doing well at least until September.

The good news is the CPO price reached USD720 per ton last week. We have the half yearly production numbers at the end of the first week of July which is after the fund raising on 21st June, which is now at a price above the current share price

'Dekeloil shares ramped up 3.8 per cent, or 0.05p, to 1.35p after it revealed plans to raise £10.8million from shareholders. The firm wants to use its money to increase its stake in a venture producing palm oil at Ayenouan, on the Ivory Coast.
If the fund-raising is successful Dekeloil could increase its interest in the project by 30.5 per cent taking its stake to 81.5 per cent.
Executive director Lincoln Moore said the opportunity was one the firm ‘could not let pass’.
He added: ‘Ayenouan has the potential to be both highly cash generative and profitable for many years to come.’
The project has the capacity to produce 70,000 tonnes of palm oil a year. Dekeloil said its strategy is to build a leading West African palm oil producer – the oil is used for cooking and in margarine and non-dairy ice cream.

there is plenty to like, pretty sure we will get a divi announcement at the half year result stage or they might even put one through at the AGM. there is not too many stories like this one on the market and it's only a matter of time before the share price gets revalued to a proper reflective forward p/e level.

looks like another buying opportunity coming, what with the cpo price holding above USD 700 a ton, the next news is re-finance of the remaining portion of debt,
AGM statement, production figures for June quarter at beginning of July and the catalyst to share price improvement must be the 6 months to June financials, which by any stretch of the imagination will show a solid profit growth.

Mach, i hope we are at the bottom, as although my average holding price is considerably lower than todays sp, i do have a tranch at 1.6. Ultimately we will come good here over time and i think the catalyst to strength in the share price will be the half year financials, which should show a considerable profit improvement on the back of lower finance costs, decent cpo average prices and improved production numbers. I did feel as though the re-action to the full year 2015 was a tad damp as i thought the consensus was that they were going to show a bigger profit and it appeared there was little emphasis on the improved comparative result. My target here is 2p+ on issuance of the half year results.
