Defenx PLC (AIM:DFX), the mobile security software solutions company, announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 7 October 2016, the a circular containing details of the placing and subscription and notice of general meeting, has now been posted to shareholders. A copy of this circular will be available on the Company's website (www.defenx.com/company/investors) shortly.

The General Meeting will be held at 12.00 p.m. on 26 October 2016 at the offices of Taylor Vinters LLP, Tower 42, 33rd Floor, 25 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1HQ.
