Master RSI, if you look back at trades over the past 2 weeks, particularly the 6th and 10th, you'll see what I'm talking about. Clear stakebuilding.

You're wrong. The 450K bought took them over the 3% level but they have a TOTAL HOLDING OF 2.5M! Don't know how much if any they held before but it's fairly likely they've bought more than 450K in recent weeks.

I stand by my decision but it was actually based on my concerns over the operating performance at next interims rather than anything else.

After yesterday mopping by I I I Trust, some interest has been created this morning, this is reflected on the buying and share price moving up.

There was not any stake building, on the last week or two, the buying 450th was done today late on the day and paid 21.25p for it, look at the trades to confirm it, though a MM was paying above the odds.

A good excuse for you to say you are out, but not a good reason.

After this notification by 'Rights & Issues Investment Trust PLC' and in the absence of any additional disclosures, I make it now only 18million shares maximum, available to small-shareholders in the marketplace. With so few shares, should there be a change in sentiment about this company (an Institution increasing their holding, is a positive signal) then this share could be re-valued quite rapidly.

Not surprising, master RSI. Looked likely there was stake building behind the recent rise. I'm out now. I see a bleak future for techs over the next few months and the cash burn inferred from the recent statement is too high for my liking. Will keep watching.

What's this says I, having a look at the chart. Hmmn, I narrow my eyes and takes a peer at the shape of the graph. I let it sink in to my hindbrain for a bit of gut-feel background processing. Yeah, it kinda looks like a cliff, with a beach, maybe some surf... where this share has been lying face down and rotting for the last eleven months. Ooh, the profit warnings, and look at those sells. Ten foot barge poles! I'm out of here!

Noticed the other day that the PE of this company is only about 2. I must say that I don't know much about it - but what is the outlook ? It does seem to be quite undervalued compared to its peers.

They are on the move up 20.5-22p, some buying above the NMS size, is doing some impact on the MMs.

Sorry, I'm happy with my meagre holding unless the bottom wants to fall out of the price and create a REAL opportunity! They are giving stock at 21.4p to the small fry dealing by internet so 21p for the opportunity of large volume doesn't sound far fetched.

alsfar, perhaps the midprice IS available to all, the MMs just need a bit of persuasion. Most private investors use automated online trading systems and wouldn't necessarily get the best price.

Master RSI - Getting an Institution to buy into DFX (as opposed to dumping them) is certainly a novel idea. A leap of faith even. Still fact is often stranger than fiction, so who knows? Anything is possible.

Chart looks ever so nice all of a sudden. I had a feeling a good double bottom was forming but today it appears to have given a buy signal.......short term target price 26p.

Large trades are usually done by Institutions, and one thing on the city is well known that the price will be in the middle.

The majority of large deals always seem to go through at mid. Not just today, but most days when there is any volume. I assume they are buys, since the MMs are presumably carrying too much stock to want to pay that on the bid. Can anything be read into this? Could imply a big overhang, but if that were the case, why charge more for smaller trades?

Looking good on what seems likely to be a fairly 'down' day. 2 market maker trades full on the offer. Is Jitter's dog going to wake up this time? Hope it amounts to more than just a noisy fart in a continuing slumber.

Looks like my suspicion is being confirmed. Must be a pretty big buy to be shifting the price this quickly. Must want the shares pretty badly too - I'm sure if they'd been more patient they could probably have picked them up in small parcels at lower prices.
