Dee Valley today announces that Andrew Bickerton is to step down as Group Finance Director with immediate effect in order to pursue other interests.
The Board has commenced a process to identify and appoint a suitable replacement at the earliest opportunity. An interim non-Board Finance Director has been put in place until a successor is in post.
Ian Plenderleith, the Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"The Board would like to express its thanks to Andrew for the significant contribution he has made to the development of the Group over the last two years and we wish him well"
