Hi Michael, hope all is well in your world, we did get a current trading in the final results in June.

Current trading

2015 has got off to a good start for all of the Group's divisions. Within Productions, September Films produced a further series of Celebrity Squares for ITV and co-produced a series of Penn and Teller: Fool Us for The CW network in the US. Rize USA delivered three programmes. Both companies have several developments in the pipeline.

And yes no value, but as I have said above they only issue an RNS if the value is above 5%.
As far as the 100k goes, I would think that the production cost is a lot higher and this is only part of it, funding the rest out of free cash.
Any way we will all see how it is going in a few weeks.
You have to admit it is now starting to look like a good risk / reward now.

Only when they have over 5% in value. Have been calling this for months now and no one is taking notice, good rise so far today, share price £5.00, 0.5p pre conversion, market cap of 2 mill, we have not even started yet. Not a traders stock but one to tuck a way. DYOR. as I do.

Will DCD eventually come good? I wish you well. Certainly good news that they have a new commission.

However, I don't wish to be a harbinger of doom, but they are virtually 9 months into their new financial year, and they haven't updated on trading.

Also, I notice that once again they have had to borrow £100,000 to produce this commission which suggests cash is extremely tight, and again no financial details have been given. How much is this production worth to them?

Lastly, unlike Penn and Teller they don't hold the format rights.

If DCD do eventually produce a stellar set of results, I will make sure I come back and congratulate you all.

Independent UK based distributor DCD Rights has secured a host of new international acquisitions for Penn & Teller: Fool Us in Vegas, as the peak time entertainment extravaganza achieves landmark ratings for The CW in the US, recently drawing the channel’s largest Monday night audience in nearly six years.
