Oh dear , sounds like you old timers have been into this one to long, I'm with PG on this one , fire out the rubish and make it look atractive for a quick take out, its clearly undervalued and good for a short term bounce, 30% profit on each leg up is fine with me!

jotoha1, all you're proving is that you don't understand what Enterprise Value is. Last accounts to end-Dec 2007 showed average debt for the year of £6m, and a pension fund deficit of £4.7m which could widen very rapidly when corporate bond yields start to fall again; and today's announcement estimates the cash costs of exiting the Dorma branded business at £3.3m. So what you have is I think 225.2m shares in issue at 2.5p = £5.6m; plus debt £6m; plus PF deficit £4.7m; minus £1.7m net from this disposal; an EV of £14.6m.

Not even allowing for a further problem in very substantial central costs of I think £2.6m last year.

Market cap shown as £4m , just had a nice input of £5m so enterprise is worth zero .....what a bargain , come on 8t do some deramping based on current situation!

see today's RNS s @ 11.18 & 16.00; Guiness Peat bought 15 % +

final results ( RNS 23/6 ) disclose NAV @ 8.88 p + improved current year trading. am I the only PI following this & seeing value ?
