IMO Leeds will probably put a new deal together or perhaps certain perts of DWSN will be sold off.

The fact that they processed a lot more material means that Dawson's sales should be up in the same period, but we'll see.

just released:

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Leeds Group Plc. posted a decline in first-half
pretax profit, adding that the increased overhead and interest charges at
German-based unit Hemmers-Itex held back profitability.
The textile processing company reported a pretax profit of 361,000 million
pounds for the six months to end-March compared with 393,000 million pounds a
year earlier. Revenue increased to 11.3 million pounds from 8.4 million pounds.
Going ahead, the company, which bought about 29 percent of Dawson
International Plc. in May 2008, said it will continue to look for other
acquisitions or investments.
